Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition  
- The product must be in original packaging  
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof  
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items

- We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Used or damaged products (not reported at delivery)
- Requests without unboxing video proof
- Return requests after 7 days

Return Shipping

The customer is not responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund  
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

International Orders

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders  
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded
